Kerner’s Auto Service, a family-owned repair facility serving the community since 1973, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.
This position requires someone who can balance exceptional customer service, sales, communication, and organization in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. You’ll manage the customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery while working closely with technicians and management to keep work moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Review inspections, prepare estimates, present recommendations, and ask for the sale
• Maintain clear communication with customers and the shop throughout the repair process
• Manage multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-paced environment
• Follow established procedures for intake, documentation, follow-up, and delivery
• Take ownership of customer concerns and the overall customer experience
• Contribute to the continued improvement and development of the shop

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Compensation: Starting at $75,000+ per year
